Picture perfect hotel with fast wi-fi, the location is excellent near by resturants. Modern rooms, helpful, attentive staff. Delicious breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

Had a fairly nice stay in this hotel. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was nice. The restaurant was nice and offered delicious dishes.

The hotel is conveniently situated near ferries, Sirkeci Tram & Train Stations, and the main street, making it easy to explore the city. Many of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, saving time and transportation costs. Previous guests have praised the spacious rooms, helpful staff, and the courteous service at breakfast. Additionally, there are facilities such as a Turkish Hammam to enhance the stay.

There are some areas of improvement, such as the need for refurbishment in certain parts of the hotel, including the toilets.

My family and I stayed at Eurostars Hotel Old City for 6 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a bonus terrace with a beautiful view. The staff were extremely accommodating and spoke English fluently. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were professional in their service. We also enjoyed using the Turkish bath, which was clean and staffed by friendly hotel staff. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this venue in the central part of the old city and it was perfect! The location was super convenient for walking to the major tourist attractions which saved me money and time. Also, I appreciated the high-quality service room service and the numerous amenities offered here from a beautiful garden area to a sauna and Jacuzzi. Besides, it was amazing to have a soundproofed room with a comfortable bed where I could rest without disturbance. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to all my requests.

I would highly recommend staying here to my friends who travel to this city for its great location, excellent amenities, and high-quality service.

The location near the Sirkeci station was very convenient for us, as we could easily access the tram and explore this city's historical places and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided me with umbrellas when it was raining and even carried my luggage for me. the customer service here is top-notch!

One thing I disliked about the hotel was the lack of nearby supermarkets. It would have been convenient to have one within walking distance for any last-minute needs.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk to key landmarks like Sirkeci tram and train station and Eminönü. The breakfast provided was very good and we especially enjoyed being served by Mr. Asef, who was welcoming and attentive. The manager of the restaurant was excellent and made us feel valued as guests with his professional and friendly attitude. The staff, including the cleaners, were friendly and despite the language barrier, provided great service. we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Istanbul.

The hotel was located in the perfect spot close to all the attractions with a metro station nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice shower. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food including local cuisine. The hotel also had a sauna and fast wifi.

Some guests complained about the noise from the busy street below which can make it hard to sleep.

The nicely decorated stairs were a beautiful alternative to the small elevator. Though the roof lacked fresh air, the room had AC for comfort. I would recommend this hotel.
